The Singlecote Hotel

This is a 3 star guest house, situated in the centre of Skegness, close to the sandy beaches and 5 minutes walk from the pier. It offers family run accommodation with free WI-FI throughout the building.

Unfortunately there is no onsite parking however disabled parking is available on the street and there is a public car park nearby.

Each room has a TV and facilities to make tea and coffee. All rooms have an en-suite with electric shower, and one of the family rooms has a bath with shower mixer tap. There are also complimentary toiletries in each room along with a hair dryer and mini fridge.

Skegness railway station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Guests can shop at the nearby Hildreds shopping centre, which can be reached in approximately 5 minutes on foot, there you will find some of the common high street shops.

The Singlecote Hotel includes a continental breakfast with all of the rooms which is available from 8:30-9:30 every day. There are several bars and restaurants nearby and along the seafront where you can buy reasonably priced meals including a cooked full English breakfast.

Pets are always welcome at The Singlecote, whether it's a dog, cat or even a rabbit (terms and conditions apply regarding pets being left in the hotel room). We charge £5 per pet per night, up to a maximum of £50 per pet for longer stays. Dog/cat bowls are provided for your convenience along with a pet welcome gift. Just let us know which furry friends are coming on holiday with you prior to arrival. Pet charges are paid on arrival.
