 Welcome to The Singlecote Hotel. We are a family run Bed and Breakfast, pet friendly, hotel. 

 At a glance

We are within easy walking distance to the sea-front and Skegness town centre. The bus and train stations are a short walk away.

On arrival there is 1 step 4 inches in height up to the main door into our Hotel. Entry is via the front door is with a key and the door is self-locking. There is one step up into the premises.

Unfortunately, there are currently no ramps available.

There is a contact phone number displayed on the signage to the front of the property.

There is a doorbell situated on the entrance step on the right-hand side of the entrance door.

There are lights to either side of the front door which lights up the steps and outdoor seating area. Once through the front door there is a second door. This will be opened by ourselves after answering the doorbell. Inside the hotel the hallway, stairs, dining room and bedrooms are carpeted. We operate a non-smoking policy in the hotel.

The house is on 3 levels and the public have access to all the levels. The bedrooms are situated on the first and second floor.  We offer free WiFi  throughout the hotel.

Bedrooms

• All bedrooms have windows and carpeted.
• Heating and fans.
• Flat screen TV
• Ironing facilities, mini fridge, alarm clock, USB ports, safety deposit box.

Hearing

• The (bedroom) Flat screen TVs have subtitles.
• If the fire alarm is a bell ringing. Anyone with hearing difficulties will be told face to face of any problems.

 General

• Staff are available throughout the day.
• We have emergency evacuation procedures in each bedroom.
• No smoking on site

Parking

• Unfortunately, there is no onsite parking however disabled parking is available on the street and there is a public car park nearby.

Bedrooms

• All bedrooms have windows and fitted carpets.
• Bedrooms have bedside lamps, desk or table lamps, Highchairs and natural daylight.
• Lights are LED, energy saving and traditional filament. TVs have subtitles.
• Free WiFi
• All bedrooms are non-smoking.
• All bedrooms have Mini fridge, fan, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and alarm clock and USB ports.
• Complimentary toiletries
• Cot beds are available on request.

 Dining room

• The dining room is fully carpeted and situated on the ground floor.
• Children's Highchairs are available on request.

Book Library

• Book library is on the first floor.

 

Accessing your room.

• We do not have restricted opening hours. Guests are issued with a main door key along with their room key.
• All we ask is that guests show consideration for others during their stay with us, both in the communal areas and within their own room.

 

Outside guest area

• Outdoor seating area is accessed from main entrance.

• We have an area to charge mobility scooters and battery powered wheelchairs.
• Please notify us if you are assisted by a dog so that we can make arrangements for you. Service animals are exempt from fees.
• Those with hearing difficulties are requested to inform staff and will be alerted face-to-face in case of emergencies.
• Any medications can be stored in your own mini fridge in your room.
• Emergency evacuation procedures
• Emergency producers are explained in each bedroom.
• All guests are to evacuate and congregate at the metal fence at the front of the property near the road in the event of a fire.
